Garden Grove Retreat & Lodging recently welcomed a group of over 40 female motorcyclists seeking a unique getaway. These women were looking for more than just a place to stay; they craved a space to connect, relax, and explore. Our retreat became their home base for four days and three nights as they embarked on thrilling adventures across the stunning Upper Peninsula.
From the moment they arrived, the energy was palpable. Laughter filled the air as old friends reunited and new bonds were formed. Days were spent exploring the wonders of the U.P., including the historic Fayette State Park, the enchanting Kitch-iti-kipi, and the scenic allure of Highway 58. Evenings were dedicated to relaxation, storytelling, and enjoying the camaraderie of fellow riders.
Local businesses thrived as the group supported the community by dining at Grove Coffee & Cafe, The Dock Grill & Bar, The Garden House, and Sherry's Port Bar. Their presence injected life and excitement into the area, showcasing the power of group travel and its positive impact on local economies.
This experience reaffirmed our belief that Garden Grove Retreat is more than just a place to stay; it's a haven for connection, adventure, and rejuvenation. We're excited to continue welcoming diverse groups and creating unforgettable memories.
